Welcome to the CompIQ Customer Care Support web site!

Please use this web-based system to communicate with us. It helps us offer better service and it allows you to keep an archive of all communication with us.

When a support request is submitted, an email is instantly sent to a Customer Care Representative who then responds to the request via the web site, and an email is automatically sent to you notifying you that your request has been updated.

As each entry is logged, a history of steps taken on the issue is available. If one Customer Care Representative is out of the office for a day, another representative can easily get up to speed on your issue by reading the discussion history, and then work with you to reach a solution.

And rest assured, each support request submitted is completely confidential.
