I have to connect to IQReview from home and my IP address has changed, how do I find my new address to be accepted?
Answer
If you are setup with a DHCP address and your ISP has reset your IP address or you have changed it, you will need to submit your new IP address to CompIQ so we can update your access to IQReview. Click on this link http://www.compiq.com/ipaddress.asp then provide your name and company and click the Send to CompIQ button. A technical representative will then be able to make the necessary changes.

Please note that a Static IP is required for all CompIQ clients. Check with your Internet Service Provider about static IP addresses. We highly recommend you keep a track of your IP addresses so you can confirm with what we have on record.
