Please be advised when using the 'ZZ999999999' license to also check if the zip code is 'out of state' and if NPI belongs to an out of state provider. Otherwise, the bill will be rejected with the following error code;
104 - If valid Florida Facility Postal Code, then the Billing Provider State License Number prefix cannot be "ZZ".
105 - The NPI is a valid Florida NPI number, but the Facility postal code is not valid Florida postal code.
106 - The NPI is not a Florida NPI number, but the Facility postal code is a valid Florida postal code.
